Discussion centered on plans for the summer 2003 Future Search Conference. After a lengthy discussion assessing current financial and workload issues, it was determined to postpone the conference and reconsider options at a later date. Alternatives to a full conference were discussed but the consensus was not to try and minimize the Future Search process.

There was agreement that we will need a meeting of zone staff and leaders in the fall to review the Zone Future Search program/direction and establish objectives as needed.
